Certification for the persolog® Stress Model VIP

There is not only a difference between what stresses people out, but also how they behave under stress. A basic distinction is made between avoidance, compliance, confrontation and withdrawal. In total, the persolog® Stress Model distinguishes between 11 stress patterns. In order to recognize whether a person is stressed, you need to know both their normal behavior and their behavior under stress. Professional and personal stress are often considered separately. However, our model takes a holistic view of stress, because people who experience a lot of pressure at work often take it home with them. With the help of our model, stress factors can be identified and ways to deal with stress productively can be shown.

• Digital (basic package): Make yourself independent with our Online Academy. In the digital certifications, you will experience your trainer online. The content is taught to you step by step in several videos. We work with modern tools to create a varied digital training program.
• Blended (select package): Here you get access to all digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can learn the content flexibly at your own pace. You also have the opportunity to take part in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and exchange ideas with other course participants. Don't have time on one of the dates? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
• VIP package: You have the opportunity to be certified exclusively by one of our master trainers, you can determine the time and place in consultation with us. All digital learning units are also available to you.
