Shipping

To provide you with an estimated shipping cost, we have created the following table. In case your destination is not included, or if the weight differs, please inquire with our customer service before placing your order at +49 (0) 7232 3699-0.

For express delivery, we calculate the actual costs, which may differ from the prices below. If we make partial deliveries at the buyer's request, the additional costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipping products, digital seminars, and offers are not valid for customers from Switzerland. Please contact persolog Switzerland.

Delivery Times [Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day]

Within Germany: approx. 2 – 3 business days
Austria: 5 – 7 business days
DHL Express: Delivery on the next business day applies only to orders placed by 12:00 PM. If earlier delivery is desired, please call us.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times as part of an order, we will ship the items together (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to your entire order.

All shipping costs include VAT.

Germany 7.95 €

Germany Express: 35.70 €

Austria from 11.90 €

Austria Express: 39.30 €

For orders over 300,- Euro, the shipping flat rate within Germany and to Austria is waived.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

Payment Options

For orders, we accept PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Klarna, and instant bank transfer with Giropay. Certified trainers can pay by invoice. Payment is considered complete once we have access to the amount.

PayPal: After placing your order, you can proceed with payment directly through PayPal. Your PayPal account will be charged upon transaction confirmation. After PayPal confirms payment, the shipment will be made as soon as the product is available.
Credit Card: During the ordering process, you can pay immediately by credit card. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
