- What actually makes teams successful? A major Google study showed back in 2018: The outstanding teams differ in the way they work together, the way they interact with each other, grow together and overcome crises together. But what exactly is team resilience? Team resilience is about how well a team is able to overcome difficult situations and crises and even emerge stronger from them. There is a lot of research on this. As the persolog® team, we have made it our mission to turn this research into a pragmatic team development tool that can be used by trainers, coaches and leaders. In the certification for the persolog® Team Resilience Model, you will learn about 6 factors of team resilience and how you can specifically strengthen the resilience and crisis-proofing of teams. Our master trainer and managing director Debora Karsch, who has two decades of leadership experience herself, and other co-master trainers will accompany you on this training course.
- Digital, blended, live or VIP - choose the format that suits you best:
- Digital (basic package): Make yourself independent with our Online Academy. In the digital certifications, you will experience your trainers online. The content is taught to you step by step in several videos. We work with modern tools to create a varied digital training program.
- Blended (select package): Here you get access to all digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can learn the content flexibly at your own pace. You also have the opportunity to take part in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and exchange ideas with other course participants. Don't have time on one of the dates? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
- Live (premium package): We also offer this certification live online or on site. Our master trainers convey the learning content in an entertaining and interesting way. This format is always live and takes place with other participants.
- VIP package: You have the opportunity to be certified exclusively by one of our master trainers; you can choose the time and place in consultation with us. All digital learning units are also available to you.
