The persolog® Time Management Model is scientifically sound and based on the theory of planned behavior. But we are not just interested in passing on theoretical knowledge. No! We want to show you what it looks like in practice and how you can set up training courses that are precisely tailored to the needs of your target group and therefore have a lasting effect. The model is based on a holistic approach in which we take a closer look at the 4 dimensions of time management behavior and work on improving time management in 13 areas of competence.
- Digital, blended or VIP - choose the format that suits you best:
- Digital (Basic package): Make yourself independent through our Online Academy. In the digital certifications, you will experience your trainer online. The content is taught to you step by step in several videos. We work with modern tools to create a varied digital training program.
- Blended (select package): Here you get access to all digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can learn the content flexibly at your own pace. You also have the opportunity to take part in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and exchange ideas with other course participants. Don't have time on one of the dates? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
- VIP package: You have the opportunity to be certified exclusively by one of our master trainers, you can determine the time and place in consultation with us. All digital learning units are also available to you.
