Product information "Coaching Cards Personal Beliefs"
- Set of 29 cards (one set of cards is required per coachee or per participant).
- The „Coaching Cards Personal Beliefs" support in coaching sessions when working on Discovery Step 3 (Personal Beliefs) of the persolog® Personality Factor Model.
- On one side of the cards there are 28 different personal beliefs, such as "wants to be precise and accurate". These beliefs come from 4 categories: Decision making, dealing with people, dealing with tasks and adhering to standards. On the back of the cards is the extent to which the use of the corresponding belief represents non-productive or productive behavior in one of the four behavioral dimensions.
- Objective: The coachee reflects on which of the stated beliefs apply to them and how strongly they use them when they are under pressure. Based on this, he recognizes which beliefs can lead to non-productive behaviour. He then considers which beliefs, and therefore which behavioral dimensions, he would like to strengthen or weaken.
