Product information "Leadership in Action"
- The game set is suitable for up to 8 players and contains a deck of cards with: 48 cards on which various behaviors are named, 12 cards with different areas in which leadership behavior can be described and 4 cards for the 4 behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C
- Aim: The participants of a leadership training course should be supported in reflecting on their leadership behavior and can subject their theoretical knowledge to a practical test.
Important note: Our products are intended for personal development and can be used either (1) independently or for (2) training / consulting / coaching. For (2), a certification agreement with persolog is required. It is not permitted to instruct others without being trained by persolog, as many mistakes can occur here.
