- Card game with 95 cards for 4-8 persons, including instructions and solution
- The goal of the game is for participants to become better acquainted with the 20 behavioral tendencies of the Personality Factor Model.
- There are 4 different variations of how the game can be used - from easy to difficult - depending on the participants' knowledge of the Personality Factor Model: 1. diagrams: Participants have to match a wide variety of diagrams to the key figures and the corresponding place on the area diagram. 2. adjectives: participants match cards with adjectives to the different behavioral tendencies. 3. behavior descriptions: Participants assign cards describing the behavior of individual metrics to the appropriate behavioral tendencies. 4. facial expressions: Not only behavior, but also facial expressions can be assigned to behavioral tendencies. This variant is for more advanced participants who have already dealt with the topic of "body language".
