What makes teams successful? A major Google study in 2018 showed that outstanding teams differ from ordinary teams in their collaboration, the way they interact, grow together, and overcome crises as a team. But what exactly is team resilience? Team resilience is about how well a team is able to navigate difficult situations and crises and even emerge stronger from them. There is a lot of research on this topic. We at persolog have made it our mission to transform this research into a pragmatic tool for team development that can be used by trainers, coaches, and leaders. In the certification for the persolog® Team Resilience Model, you will learn about 6 factors of team resilience and how to specifically enhance the resilience and crisis readiness of teams. Our master trainer and CEO Debora Karsch, who herself has two decades of leadership experience, as well as other co-master trainers, will guide you through this training.
- Digital, blended learning, live, or VIP - choose the format that suits you best:
- Digital (Basic Package): Gain independence through our online academy. In the digital certification, you will experience our master trainers online. The content will be conveyed to you step by step through multiple videos. We use modern tools and create a diverse digital training experience.
- Blended (Select Package): In this format, you will have access to all the digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can acquire the content at your own pace and flexibly. Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and engage with other course participants. You don't have time for a particular session? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
- Live (Premium Package): We also offer this certification live-online or on-site. Our master trainer will deliver the learning content in an engaging and interesting manner. This format is always live and involves other participants.
- Individual (VIP Package): You have the opportunity to be exclusively certified by one of our master trainers. You can determine the location and time in consultation with us. Additionally, you will have access to all the digital learning units.
