Online profile. The evaluation is made available as a PDF. Online profiles are managed via persolog Profile Administration.
Based on the theory of planned behavior according to Ajzen and Fishbein, the persolog Time Management Model considers time management as behavior. According to Claessens et al. (2007; 2009), four dimensions of time management behavior can be distinguished: Time assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
The online profile contains the following discovery steps:

discovery step 2: Time evaluation (influence perception, time perception, time balance)
discovery step 3: Planning (goal setting, priority setting, time allocation)
discovery step 4: Implementation (attitudes & beliefs, work organization, digital consumer behavior, conversations & phone calls, meetings)
