In the 361° analysis, a person's behavioral competencies are assessed from various perspectives. In addition to self-assessment by the feedback receiver, feedback is provided by supervisors, colleagues, employees, or customers on various behaviors of the focus person. This is intended to open up different perspectives and align self-perception with others' assessments. The 361° feedback is structured as follows: How does the focus person or feedback receiver perceive themselves? How are they perceived by others? How far apart are self-assessment and external assessment? When it comes to fully developing one’s potential, differentiated external feedback and a comparison between self-image and others' perception are essential. This report is based exactly on that conviction.
- Online profile. The evaluation is provided as a PDF. Online profiles are managed via the persolog Profile Administration.
