- The cards provide an incentive to put behavioral changes into practice by allowing participants to reduce or increase their behavioral dimensions (D, I, S and C) according to the situation.
- The aim is for participants to cope with new tasks and deal effectively with different people.
Important note: Our products are intended for personal development and can be used either (1) independently or for (2) training / consulting / coaching. For (2), a certification agreement with persolog is required. It is not permitted to instruct others without being trained by persolog, as many mistakes can occur here.
