In the 361° analysis, a person's behavioral skills are assessed from different perspectives. In addition to the feedback recipient's Self-assessment, supervisors, colleagues, employees or customers, for example, give their feedback on various behaviors of the focus person. The aim is to open up different perspectives and compare one's own perception with the assessment of others.
