In the 361-degree analysis, a person's behavior-related competencies are assessed from different perspectives. In addition to the self-assessment by the feedback recipient, feedback is provided by, for example, supervisors, colleagues, employees, or customers on various behaviors of the focus person. The idea is to open up different perspectives and compare one's own perception with the assessment of others. This is how the 361-degree feedback is structured: How does the focus person or feedback recipient perceive himself/herself? How is this person perceived by others? How much do self-assessment and external assessment differ?
