- Organizational resilience in action is a group game for your training sessions on the topic of resilience in organizations. There are two game variants.
- Variant 1: Your participants get to know the 9 organizational resilience factors better and develop a common understanding of the underlying facets.
- Variant 2: Your participants transfer their new knowledge to their own organization. They uncover facets of the organization that are critical to success and develop initial measures to promote resilience.
- Time required: depending on the variant and number of participants, approx. 30-60 min.
- Note: Our traffic light cards [FM903] are required for variant 2. These can be used in a variety of ways and must be purchased separately.
