Friedbert Gay introduced the persolog® Personality Factor Model in Germany in 1990 and thus made D-I-S-C socially acceptable in Germany. Even though he didn't know at the time what waves of enthusiasm he would create, he has maintained his passion for the persolog® Personality Factor Model over the past 30 years. His daughter Debora Karsch shares this enthusiasm. Today, both are managing partners.
