Online profile. The evaluation is made available as an interactive PDF (16 pages). Online profiles are created via the persolog Profile Administration administration.
The Personal Mastery Report Basic supports people in reflecting on their current situation and reveals where there is a need for change. Based on the answers in the questionnaire, behaviours are described and interpretations are offered that can be personalized for oneself.
Contents: Introduction to the structure of the report. persolog® personality questionnaire, evaluation in the 3 graphs as a curve and bar chart, compact explanation of the coachee's behavioral patterns, basic information on the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C, action plan for completion and implementation.
The behavioral description contains an insight into interpretations of the behavior in the selected environment (Focus). Specifically, coping strategies, problem-solving strategies, motivation, interaction with others, intentions, dealing with change, behavior under pressure and in conflicts, teamwork and internal tensions are tabulated.
This online report should be seen as working material for coaching. After all, personal development only takes place when dealing with the content and with oneself.
