The Personal Mastery Report Executive supports individuals in reflecting on their current leadership situation and identifies areas for improvement. The report is generated automatically based on the responses in the questionnaire (persolog Personality Factor Profile) and provides interpretations that need to be personalized for oneself.
The report also takes into account the fact that many leaders themselves have a leader (so-called sandwich managers). Accordingly, the behavior of a leaders when being led is also addressed.
Content includes: Introduction to the structure of the report, persolog® Personality Factor Questionnaire, evaluation presented in 3 diagrams as line and bar charts, concise explanation of the coachee's behavioral tendency (entry number), Observable Behavior, Intended Behavior, Hidden Behavior, Behavior in the leadership context, Behavioral flexibility & agile leadership, Leading through employee empowerment, Action plan for completion and implementation, as well as basic information on the 20 behavioral tendencies of the Personality Factor Model.
