- The cards contain various statements that are typical for the 4 behavioral dimensions. The crucial question, however, is: For whom exactly are these statements typical? So who is saying what?
- The trainer sticks a D, I, S and C in large letters on the floor of the seminar room. Alternatively, 4 buzzers in the colors of D, I, S and C can be used. Participants answer the question by standing on the D, I, S or G mark on the floor or by pressing the D, I, S or G buzzers. Then they solve.
