Being resilient does not mean that you never fall into the water, but that you have the ability and equipment to swim back to the surface no matter how deep you fall. With the persolog® Resilience Model Certification, you have everything you need to support people in developing their resilience skills: You will learn about the 10 resilience factors, use the persolog Resilience Questionnaire to determine available resources and areas that can be developed. This way, you can specifically assist people in building their resilience. We are convinced that resilience can be trained with our scientifically founded and practical training concept.
- Digital, blended learning, live, or VIP - choose the format that suits you best:
- Digital (Basic Package): Gain independence through our online academy. In the digital certification, you will experience our master trainers online. The content will be conveyed to you step by step through multiple videos. We use modern tools and create a diverse digital training experience.
- Blended (Select Package): In this format, you will have access to all the digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can acquire the content at your own pace and flexibly. Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and engage with other course participants. You don't have time for a particular session? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
- Live (Premium Package): We also offer this certification live-online or on-site. Our master trainer will deliver the learning content in an engaging and interesting manner. This format is always live and involves other participants.
- Individual (VIP Package): You have the opportunity to be exclusively certified by one of our master trainers. You can determine the location and time in consultation with us. Additionally, you will have access to all the digital learning units.
