Certification for the persolog® Stress Model digital (Basic)

There is not only a difference in what stresses people, but also in how they behave under stress. Generally, there are four main stress response patterns: avoidance, compliance, confrontation, and withdrawal. In the persolog Stress Management Model, a total of 11 stress patterns are distinguished. Often, work-related and personal stress are considered separately. However, in our model, stress is examined holistically, because individuals who experience high pressure at work often carry it home as well. With the help of the persolog® Stress Model, stress factors can be identified, and ways to effectively manage stress can be explored.

• Digital, blended learning, live, or VIP - choose the format that suits you best:
• Digital (Basic Package): Gain independence through our online academy. In the digital certification, you will experience our master trainers online. The content will be conveyed to you step by step through multiple videos. We use modern tools and create a diverse digital training experience.
• Blended (Select Package): In this format, you will have access to all the digital learning units of this persolog® certification. You can acquire the content at your own pace and flexibly. Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in 6 live sessions via Zoom with one of our master trainers and engage with other course participants. You don't have time for a particular session? No problem. Everything will be made available to you online.
• Live (Premium Package): We also offer this certification live-online or on-site. Our master trainer will deliver the learning content in an engaging and interesting manner. This format is always live and involves other participants.
• Individual (VIP Package): You have the opportunity to be exclusively certified by one of our master trainers. You can determine the location and time in consultation with us. Additionally, you will have access to all the digital learning units.
