The pdf report contains the previously completed online questionnaires and the resulting graphs 1, 2 and 3. The online profile thus simplifies the evaluation of the Personality Factor Profile, as all results are already entered directly in the report and can be applied directly in practice.
The spiritual forefather of the Personality Factor Profile is the American psychology professor Dr. John G. Geier, whose life's work until his death was to further develop the four behavioral dimensions of Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Cautious and to put them on a solid scientific foundation.
In addition to providing feedback on individual behavior, the detailed profile also provides reflection aids on a person's individual thoughts, feelings and intentions.
