The Personal Mastery Report Pro supports people in reflecting on their current situation and reveals where there is a need for change. Based on the answers in the questionnaire, behaviors are described and interpretations are offered to personalize for oneself.
Contents: Introduction to the structure of the report. persolog® Personality Questionnaire, evaluation in the 3 diagrams (intended behavior, hidden behavior and observable behavior), as curve and bar chart, compact explanation of the coachee's behavioral tendency (key figure), basic information on the 20 behavioral tendencies of the Personality Factor Model, action plan to complete and implement. Each unit also includes writable reflection boxes where coachees can directly write down their own thoughts on the topic.
The behavior description contains an insight into interpretations of behavior in the selected environment (focus). Specifically, coping strategies, problem-solving strategies, motivation, interaction with others, intentions, dealing with change, behavior under pressure and in conflict, teamwork, and internal tensions are tabulatedt.
This online report is to be understood as a working material in coaching. Because only in the confrontation with the contents and with oneself personality development takes place.
